What It Is
InfiniKan is a Kanban tool with no floor. Every card can become a board, so a single item drills down into its own lists, cards and sub-boards — as deep as your thinking goes. One click flips any board between Kanban mode and Write mode, so the same space works as a planner and as a document.

An Open Ecosystem
Under the surface, InfiniKan is built from reusable building blocks designed to be extracted and released as open source — so the same freedom-respecting, agent-ready foundation can power many apps, not just this one. Several of these are growing into projects in their own right:
- An action & agent layer: every capability is a typed action, equally callable from the UI, the API and an AI agent over MCP — one definition, every surface.
- An offline-first sync engine: local-first storage with background sync and conflict resolution, so anything built on it works offline by default.
- A testing & automation language: a small, owned DSL for describing behaviour and automating workflows end-to-end — owning the tooling rather than renting it.
- A declarative UI language: action-aware, context-adaptive screens generated from the same backend definitions.
These projects are in active development and planned for open-source release. Together they are the real goal: not one product, but a framework for a freer, more agentic way of working.
